The best Charro teams in Mexico were in action from February 16 to 20 at the Lienzo Charro Miguel "Prieto" Ibarria Stadium in Puerto Vallarta. Lois and I attended the event on the afternoon of February 17th and were among the only gringos in the crowd. This "Mexican Rodeo" was exciting and unique and we had a great experience. There was a lot a action and I took over 600 photos in about two hours in an effort to capture the excitement. A few of the shots are included in this gallery in an attempt to capture the essence of the event.
